Dr. John D. Brophy is a West Point graduate, earning his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia.  He completed a neurosurgical residency at the Walter Reed Army Hospital.  Dr. Brophy served as Chief of Neurosurgery at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego and held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  Dr. Brophy has maintained a practice in Memphis, TN since 1995 and is licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia.

Dr. LaVerne R. Lovell graduated from the United States Naval Academy.  He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.  He completed his neurosurgical residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital.  Dr. Lovell completed a 30-year military career, retiring with the rank of Captain.  Dr. Lovell has maintained a practice in Memphis, TN since 2000 and is licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee, Mississippi and Virginia.

Both Dr. Brophy and Dr. Lovell are Board Certified Neurosurgeons, Fellows of the American College of Surgeons, Members of the Tennessee Medical Association, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
